Payment
Payment is due at or before the appointment. Payment methods may include card, cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give as much notice as possible. Ade should confirm whether the formal cancellation window is 24 or 48 hours. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged.
Home and office visits
Home and office visits are available by arrangement and may include a travel supplement. Availability depends on location, suitability and diary space.
Clinical boundaries
MindBody Moves is not a crisis or emergency service. For urgent medical or mental health support, contact NHS 111, your GP, 999 or the appropriate crisis service.
