A place to talk, reflect and begin to make sense of things
Counselling offers a calm, confidential space to talk about what is happening in your life and begin to understand it more clearly. You may be dealing with anxiety, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm or a general feeling that something is not right.
You do not need to have everything worked out before getting in touch. Sessions move at your pace, with space to explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships and experiences in a way that feels respectful and safe.

How Ade works
Ade’s approach is person-centred, reflective and collaborative. His role is not to tell you what to do, but to offer a supportive relationship where you can understand yourself more deeply and explore what change might mean for you.
Because Ade also has a background in bodywork, he may invite gentle awareness of how emotion and experience can show up in the body. This is always optional and led by what feels useful and comfortable for you.
What to expect from the first session
The first session is a chance to meet, talk about what has brought you to counselling and decide whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to share.
